Shipping In most cases, your purchase will be shipped utilizing ground shipping services.The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 3 day to 3 week delivery time and some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to shorten the delivery times. Delivery times for custom order products will be unique to each order. Please contact customer support for more information.
Return Merchandise Policy Your satisfaction is our policy. If you would like to return your purchase, we would like to hear from you first. Please contact us within 15 days from the date of receipt by calling Customer Support at (916) 223-2393 for assistance or email support@treasuresoftiffany.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field). Please have your order number available.
If you've received a different product than initially purchased, the item has a manufactures defect or there is an issue with the product due to an error on our part we will issue a call tag for the return.
If you've simply changed your mind, we will gladly accept your return order and issue a refund excluding shipping charges and there will be an added 30% restocking fee.
When returning an item, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
We will refund return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. Treasures of Tiffany is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, errors in shipping due to incorrect information provided by you (the buyer), or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item within 15 days of our returns department inspecting the item.
Due to the unique characteristic of handcrafted art glass, colors, shades and hues may vary. Additionally, most lamp bases and hanging hardware are hand finished and actual finishes may appear lighter or darker than the featured images.
